1. Property:Appearance: buff powderMelting temperature range: 105-110°CUse: DY601 is used for pure polyester or polyester powder. It's a physical additive
agent that does not join chemical reaction. It's a good additive for polyester semi-matt
gloss powder and indoor undertone semi-matt gloss powder for its excellent
effects

Recommend formulation:Pure polyester (30-35 acid value/southern branches 6600): 550Curing agent DY552 (or TGIC): 43Matting agent DY601: 20Hardener DY88: 10Leveling agent DY701: 2Extinction barium sulfate W-44: 350Benzoin: 5Carbon black: 103. Notice:Baking in 15min at 200°C. It can be used in epoxy and polyester mixed with excellent
leveling and semi matting painting effect. Taking lower 1% DY601 could get low gloss
effect on surface while using different acid value pure polyester mixed outdoor
powder coating.
