Detailed Product Description

Low temperature accelerator hardener DY-31 is 2-phenyl imidazoline, which can be
used as an epoxy resin hardener or an accelerator for powder coatings.

1. Property:
Appearance: white to yellow color crystal
Melting ranges: 85-95°C
Purity: 98%(wt) min.

2. Advantage:
It can achieve fully cross-linkage at low or high curing temperature conditions such
as 140°/10-20min or 160°C/30min when it is used as main hardener for
epoxy resin powder coatings.

In order to reduce curing temperatures or shorten curing times, it can be incorporated
into epoxy resin powder coatings by replacing a part of dicyandiamide or substituted
dicyandiamide. For hybrid system, usually it is used as an accelerator
to add to powder composition directly.

3. Usage:
The usage level is 6-7 parts based on the 100 parts of epoxy resin (E.E.W700-900)
by weight.

4. Storage:
Keep in the cool and dry place, far away from fire and heat.

Packing:
Packed by multi-ply paper bags with polyethylene lining
N.W.: 25kg/bag
