Application:

      DY-552 is a curing agent suitable for the production of outdoor-used polyester coatings.It has the characteristics of low toxicity, no irritant to skin, good weather durability etc. Thus it is a good alternative of TGIC. The chemical structure of DY-552 is -hydroyxyalklamide.

      DY-552 can be cured with carboxylic polyester. The acid value ranges form 25-45 mgkOH/g.In order to minimize the yellowing, the appropriate resin should be preferred in formulaion, A certain amount of a degassing additive is, however, generally recommended to prevent micropinholing due to the production of water in the crosslinking reaction, Typically cure schedules are required to develop full coating properties ranging from 5min at 200^oC,to 20min at 150^oC,generally,15min at 180 ^oC.

Storage :
       Keep ventilative & dry in normal tempreture; prevent direct sunshine;keep it far away from hot & fire substance. Use dustproof respirator & gloves for protection in operation
